This challenging and effective men only program will group together heavier strength training and intense cardio intervals for a full body blast. An
increase in your strength, cardiovascular output, and core endurance can all be expected. You will also burn body fat, build muscle and feel
great doing it.

The first of it's kind at BodyNetix, this 45 minute power class focuses solely on the lower body and will increase your overall
strength and firmness in your thighs, butt and abs. The smaller class size allows for a wider variety of exercises and more emphasis on form.
Sundays 9:30-10:15am for 8 Weeks

Keep your kids active during with FitCamp Jr!
FITCAMP JR is a fun and interactive fitness class aimed at getting children moving and used to the idea of exercise and the importance of staying healthy
and fit. Kids will improve their strength, conditioning and mental focus! By learning to channel their energy into their workouts, they will be
more calm and effective at home and school. And, most importantly will build their confidence and self esteem, while improving their health.
Ages 10 - 15 (some exceptions may apply)
