1. Do you charge membership fees?
We do not charge any additional fees outside of the classes you are paying for.
2. How do I prepare for my first class?
We always suggest new clients go at their own speed for their first few FitCamps until they get a feel for the pace and structure of our classes. In preparation for any physical activity, especially FitCamp, it is always important to both eat and hydrate yourself properly. This means drinking plenty of water over the course of the day (Something you should be doing anyway!) and eating a snack or small meal approximately 45 minutes to 1 hr. before FitCamp begins. The length of time should be dependent on the food you are eating with less time needed to digest lighter items (fruit smoothie) and more time for heavier items (oatmeal).
3. What is a FitCamp?
Each BodyNetix FitCamp is a full body workout combining cardio drills and strength training with core building and bodyweight exercises.
4. How do I register for your classes?
There are 3 ways to register for FitCamp and other BodyNetix classes.
BodyNetix Online, our online store and booking centre, is avaialble 24 hours a day to purchase and schedule classes from your computer or smartphone.
Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 11:30-5:30 if you would like to register in person or have a tour of the studio.
Give us a call at 250 871 2400 during the hours of 11:30-5:30 Monday through Friday if you would like to register over the phone.
