Each 1hr. Youth FitCamp combines plyometrics, balance and stability training along with body weight exercises that will push your body to the limits while drastically increasing your functional strength and power!
These full body workouts are geared to all fitness levels and will not only improve athletic performance in any and all sports but will also build lean muscle, burn body fat and develop a strong and stable core for non athletes as well!
